How can any religion and yes Muslims justify this tactic of killing innocent people ? Have you met someone who has justified such an attack ?

Who are these people who feel that the taking of a human life - an innocent one - justifiable?
Are they COLD BLOODED MURDERER,BRAINWASHED OR MISGUIDED FOOL??
